John C. Sigmund House
John C. Sigmund was a carpenter and builder whose skills are exhibited in this fine dwelling which he built in 1902. The dwelling’s Victorian porch frieze, jig-sawn brackets, and turned posts, add to its charm. The house was subsequently owned by Sigmund’s daughter, Geraldine Sigmund Farber, and currently by the Farber’s daughter, Laurie Farber Rothwell. The family has lovingly cared it for over the years. NR-1986.
