
Burroughs-Daniel House
This ornate house, designed by Jules Leffland, was built around 1892 for the Reverend Arthur W. Burroughs, minister of the Trinity Episcopal Church. In 1906 it was purchased by Robert Lee Daniel and his wife, Nannie Stoner Daniel. Daniel served as county attorney and county judge. He later became Insurance Commissioner for the State of Texas.
